Summary
I am a Plumbing Apprentice (almost Journeyman) that is knowledgeable in a diverse amount of skills in my trade. Working both new construction and Service has taught me how to work with new and old plumbing systems. Including repairing and maintaining said systems. I have worked on remodeling houses built between the late 1800's and 2000's. I have been apart of building various apartment complexes, residential homes, and commercial buildings including restaurants and dental offices. I excel in customer communication as well as working with like minded individuals. I also have the understanding that I do not know everything about my trade, but am willing to work towards building that knowledge to better improve workmanship and reliability.

- Experience in excavation of underground sewer and water piping. Working with Clay, OB, Cast-Iron and newer types of PVC. Including a good reputation with City Inspectors for said jobs.
- Certified throughout the nation with Perma-Liner lightray systems. With 1 year of experience.
- Minor inversion pipe lining knowledge with PRT including Speedylight, Speedycut (fancy version of a Picote), and IMS Robotic reinstatement.
- 2 years of new construction; Including residential, commercial, and apartment complexes.
- 1 years of Residential Service Plumbing including the installation of; drains and venting, various waterlines, water heaters (tankless, gas, and electric), fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.)
- Certified with OSHA on confined space safety.
- Drain cleaning with K-60, K50, Hand snakes (electric and manual), water jetting, and Picote.
- Interior excavation of drain and water pipes by Jackhammering and removal of concrete, as well as replacing said concrete to a rough finish.
- Sealing and inspecting cisterns with wall-tite as well as running new water lines to said cistern. ( Concrete only, but would love to learn others.)
- Minor water treatment knowledge, mostly the installation process of home filters and water softeners (would love to learn more in depth knowledge about water hardness and ways to improve water quality throughout the home)
