• Diagnosed and repaired mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment applications, specifically in CAT equipment. Performed a handful of CAT certified rebuilds, including and annual rebuild on a 740B articulated truck.
• Make conscious effort to keep work area safe and clean, taking part in contamination control inspections and safety walkthrough.
• Trained personnel going through Butler's thinkBig two year program that was partnered with LATC and NDSC. Trained personnel going through Butler's onboarding process.
• Assisted in field repair and service.
• Performed appraisals on used equipment such as Deere, CAT, and Komatsu and submitted results to Butler's NEW/USED machine department, worked closely with salesmen and product specialists in this process.
• Filled out service reports and product failure reports such as SIMS.
• Took part in multiple technical trainings at Butler's training center in Fargo ND. Including CAT tier 4 aftertreatment systems and Hydraulic systems.
• Moved snow from facility during winter months.

I had this job part time while going through tech school, would work here after school, weekends and summers.

• Performed PM services on CAT equipment, Kenworth trucks, and other various brands the company owned. Made sure to obtain oil samples.
• Performed basic electrical troubleshooting, locating and fixing leaks, operating machine and understanding operator complaint.
• During slow days in the shop, would be sent to run equipment such as wheel loader, MTS scraper tractors, and excavator, would assist pipe crew on installing culverts and drainage pipe, would assist crushing crew replace screens/basic maintenance.
• Was responsible for the everyday fuel of machines, would haul fuel with International 4600, would operate this truck in various haul rode conditions and weather off road, which could be its own challenge some days depending on rainfall amount.

Held this job during high school as a part time and summer job. This dealership however sadly closed down a few years after I graduated.

• Performed pre delivery inspections on Artic Cat four wheelers, snowmobiles, Samasz flail mowers, spartan zero-turn mowers.
• Performed initial assembly on above implements/machines out of the crate.
• Kept shop clean, washed new/used equipment, washed equipment about to be worked on for full time techs.
• Maintained yard by mowing, spraying for weeds, unloading and organizing crates.

Held this job in highschool for summer's and weekends, bounced back and forth between this and Fieber Van Implement.

• Assisted framing crew by carrying and moving lumber, picking up trash, throwing away scraps, keepin jobsite organized.
• Cut boards and OSB sheets to length on ground and handed up to crew while working at heights.
• Shoveled off pad in winter before crew would get to work.
