• Administration: With demonstrated success in executing day to day activities, and I am adept in aligning organizational vision with the delivery of daily operational needs. High standards of performance, open-minded with quality listening skills. I am skilled in working closely with all staff, school broad, and community members.
• Leadership: Aspiring teams is one of my strengths and as a result, I am known for being able to develop positive relationships with parents and district employees. Effective communication skills, desire to lead and foster academic achievement for all students. Team building with staff, to build a strong collaborative team. Working closely with office staff and being fiscally responsible with taxpayer dollars. I am here to serve and share ideas and promote a positive learning environment.
• Educational Background: For me, education is a life-long pursuit, and I strive to continue learning and using my personal experience to develop and grow the knowledge base of students, faculty and board members. Currently, I am obtaining my Ed.D through the University of Sioux Falls. I have completed all course work and am close to completing my dissertation that focuses on positive cultures in educational rural areas.
