Led the large team of Business in IBL, which made a significant impact in Business growth (Abbott consumer Business growth was 80% in 6 months. New Businesses of Heinz and Lindt were also added to consumer Division portfolio).
Led the large team of Business Operations in IBL, which made a significant impact in Cost Saving (Overall 12% cost was saved through preventive and corrective measures like energy saving, Logistic efficiencies & controlling inventory losses).
Led the IBL transformation project of "IBL Digital Branches", which required swift & smooth closure of 75 branches, shifting of inventory / Assets/ discontinuation of logistics arrangements / Agreements. This was managed in short span of 21 days, with zero discrepancy / loss of inventory / Assets worth Rs 10 Billion. Further, 100 "Execution partners" were appointed to replace the branches.
Led the transformation project of "Habitt-Home store" by implementing the creative ideas of CEO Habitt. Current look and feel of habitt is the result this transformation journey. Opened the Mega store at Tipu Sultan, with 3 large shops in Malls during 2014-2016.
Played a vital role in the growth and profitability of Habitt. Introduced the Habitt Franchise concept in 2019.
Established and successfully operated the dealers' network (95 locations) / distribution channel for Otsuka products from 1992-2008.
