• Documenting observations, defects, and deficiencies found during inspections and making follow up reports
• Monitoring expenses, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations
• Assisting in the prioritization and scheduling of maintenance work orders based on urgency, impact on operations, and available resources
• Experience with Prefabricated Structures (Const of panelized Booth and Iron Canopy)

• Analyzing the behavior of structures under various conditions, including gravity loads, wind loads, seismic forces, and temperature effects
• Generating calculations, diagrams, and technical reports to document design decisions and ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop 3D models of structures and analyze their behavior
• Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams during the implementation of structural designs
• Evaluating the impact of external factors such as environmental conditions, soil properties, and geological hazards on structural performance
• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards governing concrete materials and construction practices, including ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) standards

• Participating in project meetings to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
• Overseeing day-to-day activities at the construction site to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
• Implementing quality control measures to maintain the quality and integrity of construction work
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding project progress, issues, and decisions
