- Led supply chain and planning of crude oil operations, overseeing receiving from ocean tankers and transportation from Karachi to Mahmood Kot via PARCO Pipeline while considering refinery charging and composition requirements.
- Managed the receipt of HSD from various sources such as local refineries and imported tankers, ensuring efficient distribution through the White Oil Pipeline to upcountry OMCs.
- Implemented cost-effective plans to optimize the movement of Crude Oil from Karachi Port to Mahmood Kot Refinery, resulting in a significant improvement in pipeline availability and savings totaling around PKR 85 million in FY 23-24.
- Facilitated effective communication between PARCO's Commercial and Refinery Departments and external stakeholders including PNSC, KPT, and Surveyors, achieving Pipeline availability of more than 96%.
- Managed departmental budget to ensure adherence to financial targets and optimal resource allocation, eliminating any instances of exceeding or underspending.
- Accomplished establishment of Laboratories at PARCO stations across the nation, with responsibility for procuring Laboratory items totaling more than 1 billion PKR through both domestic and international channels.
- Played a key role in the IMS transformation of Company by conducting thorough reviews and updates to departmental procedures, SOPs, and other essential documents
- Designed and Implemented SAP IS Oil S/4 HANA Module with Project Team. Orchestrated the designing of Module by incorporating all the business operations of PARCO, PAPCO & PPGL Companies
