PROBATION OFFICER
3 Years 11 Months- Duties: Supervise adults (female & male defendants’ reservation wide) court ordered on Probation in Lieu of Incarceration sentence. Check-in’s bi-weekly or monthly. Revoke probation if stipulations are violated in court order, testify in court, reports every week to prosecutor & Judge for updates on defendant’s progress. Work with police officers involved in case, contact job sites, supervisors to verify information, investigate all incarcerations on/off reservation, document daily, attend all training as needed.
