I have taken part in a Leadership boot camp provided by Hydro extrusion. I originally started with Alumax Extrusion in 1991 in the spring right out of high school, went from being a saw helper and worked my way up into management position known as a Cell lead. My experience goes back over thirty years with the yankton plant. As a press lead and later a cell leader we where able to maintain a Zero recordable injuries for over nine years something i am very proud of.
