As a 19 year old kid I took a leap and through myself into the management game. Samuelson development Hired me in December 2024. I started at one of our properties on the west side of sioux falls where we managed over 600 residents. I then relocated to our east side location where I helped in a lease-up with our new building. I am proud to say I achieved a record breaking 32 units sold in the month of August. I am a very sales driven and relationship based person.
