• Implementation of CPI projects which includes basic health units/centers, community literacy centers, schools
• Monitoring in the construction work of water supply schemes, schools and Health Care facilities as per ToR / Guidance from the WASH Sindh team coordination and management of UNICEF supported WASH interventions in Sindh
• Technical need assessments of projects and preparation of design, BOQ, required drawings, cost estimates
• Handover of sites to implementing partners and contracts and technical support during implementation, quality assurance
• Support in resolving field level issues among community and difficulties

• Carryout feasibility and need assessment of CPI schemes
• Ensure the implementation of construction projects as per set standards and within cost
• Develop technical proposal of CPI projects which included, projects design, budget, layout and BOQs
• Supervise contractors and filed staff and time to time visit the projects sites
• Ensure the completion of projects as per project time lines and budget
• Ensure the safety standards in all CPI schemes
• Ensure proper project tracking, record keeping and provide regular feedback to Program team, donors and other relevant stakeholders regarding the projects and activities.

· Provide technical information and interpretation of plans, preparation of detail estimation sheets and specifications for the successful implementation of the projects.

· Provide daily/weekly reporting regarding projects.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, planning, implementation and technical feasibility for projects.

· Progress of the ongoing projects with respect to planning and should be able to give details of why project ahead/behind schedule at all times.

· Work with Field Coordinator for developing monitoring frame work and timeline for the project activities.

· Provide support during supervision of construction and carry out quality control inspection and monitor progress.

· Quality inspection of work and construction material as per specification drawing and managing complete record shop drawings, structural drawing test reports In-term Payment Certificate-IPC records.

· Provide necessary technical inputs and appropriate supervision during construction of latrine water points

and general infrastructure, this include quality control, advising and implementing improvement as well as cost-effective implementation.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, planning, implementation and technical feasibility for project proposals.

· Participation in project progress review meeting with PIDC and contractors.

· Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specification calculating time requirement and sequencing project element.

· Provide technical support to target communities in implementation of water and sanitation related interventions.

· Provide technical support to communities to ensure that all infrastructures constructed under project is as per government rules and is climate resilient.

· Water testing of communal resources in rural communities i.e. Physical, Chemical & Biological Test.

· As a trainer for WASH Entrepreneur to ensure WASH relate of supplies at local level.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, planning, implementation and technical feasibility for project proposals.

· Work with community in training mason and other operation committee on technical aspect of the project.

· Provide support during supervision of constructions; carry out quality control inspections and monitor progress.

· Preparation of drawings (AutoCAD), BoQ/Cost & Estimates for all WASH infrastructures.

· Fish Pond, Rain Water Harvesting Pond Design & its construction.

• Construction activities like steel fixing, formwork fixing, concreting etc
• Responsible to monitor Site Execution as per Drawing & Specifications
• Response to check Bar Bending Schedules, Layouts, Levels & overall Quality Assurance of work
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) of Project
• Shop drawing preparation & its implementation on site
• HSE & occupational health & safety hazards in construction field
• Assisted in calculating different quantities, Formwork & concrete of Sub Structure & Super Structure etc
• Prepare daily/Weekely/Monthly plan for construction work activities.

• Assist municipal services specialist to coordinate with Taluka Municipal Administrations, Public Health Engineering and other donor agencies working in the Sindh urban areas in the field of water supply, waste water management and solid waste management
• Water Supply, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management infrastructure in seven district of North Sindh
• Liaison with consultants to carry out various studies (Water Supply & Sanitation master plans development, feasibility studies, engineering design reports, etc) for selected districts of North Sindh
• Work with Municipal Services Specialist for developing monitoring frame work and timeline for the project activities BOQs and cost estimate of the work to be undertaken
• Prepare bar bending schedule and shop drawings for ongoing project of water supply & sanitation.
• Field Visits for collecting reports of ongoing project in seven districts.
