- Coached2016 NABC Player of the Year and back-to-back NSIC Player of the Year Dan Jansen, who holds the all-time scoring record at Augustana University
- Coached (and recruited when I was a Graduate Assistant) back-to-back NSIC defensive player of the year Casey Schilling, who is also2nd all-time leading scorer at Augustana University
- Prepared scouting reports and game plans as well as making in game strategic adjustments
