Collaborated with Equifax to develop and document procedures for unemployment claims, hearing, decisions, processes, and standards. Wrote and maintained our procedures agreement, providing clear guidelines for Equifax Services, and addressing any issues directly with their Leadership. Handles a full-time workload of claims, hearings, and decisions while monitoring unemployment statistics and quality metrics. Additionally, educated and trained the Team on new unemployment laws and procedures.


Developed and manged end-to-end processes for Enterprise Policy Acknowledgments, establishing a bi-annual delivery schedule with a 30/60-day cycle to ensure timely and consistent acknowledgment of policies. Maintained the Montgomery County policy acknowledgment page. Collaborated closely with the Montgomery Communications Team to create and distribute comprehensive communication plans, enhancing clarity and engagement across all levels of the organization. Delivered detailed reports to Senior Leadership, highlighting key statistics and completion levels to provide insights into policy compliance. Partnered with and supported policy stakeholders by addressing their needs and facilitating smooth implementation.

Centralized the companywide background employment screening process, overseeing every stage from initial candidate contact to the delivery of results. Transitioned this function from Employment Coordinators to a dedicated team, enhancing operational efficiencies and quality control. Developed and led training to elevate team performance, ensuring timely completion of background checks. Regularly reviewed team outputs to meet stringent accuracy standards and approved exceptions, maintaining consistent adherence to established standards. Additionally, wrote and updated the scope agreement with our vendor to ensure alignment with evolving requirement and further improving process integration.


Responsible for centralizing companywide unemployment processing, which was previously managed by dedicated departments. Collaborated with Leadership teams to design and implement standardized processes and procedures, consolidating these responsibilities under a single, specialized team. Spearheaded the initial training for this team to ensure seamless adoption of the new centralization model. Served as the primary liaison between the vendor and Southwest. Committed to Team support and process oversight.


Facilitated the overhaul of delivery of enterprise policy acknowledgments by identifying and implementing a new tool to replace the Acme platform. Conducted comprehensive research, testing, and evaluation of potential solutions, and worked collaboratively with Acme Technology, Legal, People, and Communications Teams to ensure a seamless transition to the Boblart product. Later partnered with People Systems to transition from Boblart to Concard as the dedicated policy acknowledgment tool for the Company.
