Upgrade Supervisor:

• Oversee the processing and shipping of the coal in a safe and productive manner.
• Assign and delegate maintenance work to plant technicians, millwrights, electricians and contractors.
• Effective communication between supervisors between plant, pit, railroad, lab and customers for safe processing and production of coal.
• Maintain accurate and update reports for MSHA, maintenance, pit operations and customers.
• Communicate the importance to plant personal about safety with tools such as SABERS, risk assessments and hand safety.
• Strong communication and listening skills with all mine personal.

Plant Control Operator:

• Monitor the processing and shipping of coal in the plant.
• Delegate technicians when to load trains and go on trouble calls.
• Maintain updated and accurate loading and crushing reports for turnover with all crews.
• Have a working relationship with railroad, pit and lab tobe safe and productive.
• Good communication skills on the phone, email and mine radios.

Plant Technician:

• Conduct on-shift work examinations in assigned areas.
• Maintain all areas in compliance with MSHA guidelines.
• Load trains.
• Maintenance on all equipment.
• Run equipment such as loaders, skid steer, dump truck, man lifts, backhoe, motor grader, forklifts, pressure washers.

Pit Operations:

• Heavy equipment operated is haul truck, 16h and 24h motor graders, rubber tire dozer, track dozer, track hoe, scrapers.
• Pit utility.
• Pit pumper.
• Steamer.

Quality Control lumber/grader:

• Inspected 1 and 2 inch lumber for defects according to the Western Wood Products Association, supervised 10 certified lumber graders employees.
• Conducted weekly safety meetings.
• Daily/weekly/monthly and yearly inspection reports.
• Ran breakdown, high speed planers, trim saw, end stacker and forklift.
