• The clinic’s welcoming environment and commitment to pa6ent -centered care allowed me to immerse myself fully in the outpa6ent seings,I assumed various roles and responsibili6es under the guidance of experienced clinician which includes a comprehensive medical history reviews, physical examina6ons and assis6ng in the development and implementa6on of individualised treatment plans, encompassing medica6on management ,preven6ve care and lifestyle modifica6ons.

• Independently elicit a detailed history and physical exam and present it in a standardized and well-organized fashion.
• I can provide a pertinent and differential diagnosis of the presenting complaint, suggest initial testing and a plan of action. I also worked with patients helping them implement lifestyle changes including, drug, alcohol and smoking cessation, various diets, exercise and stress reduction. We also would discuss preventive screening procedures.

• I was responsible to take histories, do examination, make diagnosis, develop treatment plans and monitor patient’s progress.
