1.Operational Strategy Implementation:
1.lnvestigate where formalities of customs or legal framework have met until the delivery of consignments take place at the clients warehouse.

Ensure that the Customs clearance procedure is maintained timely, quality and accurate flow of information living up to our responsibility as part of the big picture of the logistics process as a whole.
3.Review the monitoring system in place and carry out a risk analysis to determine potential areas for loss or theft in the cycle of consignment delivery to clients end.
4.identify strengths and weaknesses of the company and work to improve where needed in terms of additional training, explanation, re-distribution of work, etc.
5.When required, arranging for the transportation and delivery of outbound consignments to the client warehouse or through to the determined place demanded by the client.
6.Ensure valuable assets are well handled and registered by capturing their serial numbers for proper tracking and safe delivery to clients end.
7.Ensure completion of accurate billing practices. Monitor the paid not billed report to ensure that files are being billed in a timely fashion.
8.Communicate with staff and external customers clients to ensure that the information flow is happening in timely and accurate manner.
9.Provide management guidelines, training and organization to the company. Show leadership abilities and initiative to make adjustment to systems to make the team more effective and efficient as a whole.
