Property Operations
• Responsible for the budgets, expenses, inventories, and the development and monitoring of operational plans according to the monthly Executive Director’s report
• Maintain external community relationships; build referral networks; carry out marketing plans and related activities
• Maintain current and compliant policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines
• Anticipate and plan for needed resources to support facility programs and systems; including dining services and resident activity requirements
• Continually monitor financials and submit detail on variances through the monthly reporting system to the leadership team
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and company requirements in all areas of operation and resident cares; Ensure compliance of personnel files in accordance with policy
• Primary contact for all regulatory agency surveys, investigations, and communications to include the responsibility of correct plans as required
Workforce Planning, Employee Performance & Training
• Carries out delegated workplace safety activities and adheres to all company policies and practices regarding safety in the workplace
• Listen to a wide range of customer concerns and concerns to maintain a high level of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Responsible for administering medications as prescribed, assisted with resident cares and needs of daily living and activities. Assisted the manager with office duties, filing, ordering, scheduling, reports.
