I manage a portfolio of projects in Physical Asset Management, focusing on optimising asset performance, reliability, financial efficiency, and sustainability. This involves overseeing initiatives that enhance the entire lifecycle of assets, from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring alignment with AMCO's goals, and delivering long-term benefits.

• December 2018–November 2019, Operations Manager.

I oversee and optimise all facets of industrial operations within the facility. This includes managing production processes, ensuring efficient resource utilisation, monitoring the P&L for cost efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• January 2018–December 2018 / Sales and Marketing Head.

I develop annual sales and profit plans by forecasting and setting regional targets, projecting sales volumes, and analysing market trends. I establish pricing strategies, review technical and commercial offers, and recommend adjustments to optimise profitability. Additionally, I managed to obtain and maintain 9COM prequalification for ARAMCO.

• December 2016–January 2018 / Manufacturing Shop Manager.

I specialise in the shop manufacture of pressure vessels (CS & SS), chimneys, oil tanks, oil metering skids, pipeline networks (CS & SS), and the fabrication of CS and copper-nickel alloy pipe spools.
Familiarity with Pressure Vessel API 510, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel 'NBIC' - 'R' Stamp, Steel structures standards ASTM A36, ASTM A992, Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, and Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001.

Oversees and manages piping work activities by planning, executing, and supervising piping projects within industrial environments. Ensures piping systems are fabricated, installed, and maintained in compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements while managing all project-related activities to achieve successful outcomes.

• August 2013 – March 2015 / Project Engineer.

I specialise in managing metal fabrication for pipelines, tanks, shops, gathering stations, and administrative buildings. Additionally, I oversee the installation and commissioning of large-scale process operations for key clients, including Akakus Oil Operation 'Repsol', and Mellitah Oil & Gas BV 'ENI SPA'.
Familiarity with Flow Lines and Trunk Lines standards: API 5L, API 570, API 1104, API 1160, and API 1110.

• April 2010 – July 2013 / Piping Engineer.

My role at the site involves preparing materials, bevelling and cutting piping, and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of piping systems for oil and gas operations. I execute the designs and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and standards, conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to engineering standards, and maintain detailed records of installation, inspections, and test results.

Conducted data gathering for a graduation project focused on Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) as an artificial lift method in the oil and gas industry to enhance fluid flow from wells. Additionally, I completed an introductory course on drilling activity processes, providing a solid foundation in drilling operations within the sector.
